Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location and provide accurate order information.

Products, pricing, and availability

Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change. We try to present information accurately, but we may correct errors, update information, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary. A product shown on the site is not guaranteed to remain available.

Orders and payment

For next-batch pre-orders, a deposit is charged when you place your order and the remaining balance is charged to the same payment method when your order is ready to ship; the total price is shown before checkout. For all other orders, payment is collected when you place the order. An order may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be authorized, order information is inaccurate, or the product cannot be supplied. Any refund owed will follow the applicable payment and refund process.

Next-batch orders

Some products may be available from an upcoming production batch. The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed before purchase. Next-batch orders cannot be canceled after the order is placed. Production or carrier delays may occasionally change an estimate.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping estimates are not delivery guarantees. Returns and warranty requests are handled under the dedicated policies below.

Lushair app and software

The Lushair app and related software may provide guided scans, reports, history, tracking, and informational insights. Features may change as the service improves. Lushair does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer protected software except where the law permits, or use Lushair products or services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Lushair name, site, software, product materials, graphics, and other content are owned by Lushair or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property.

Third-party services

The storefront, payment flow, shipping process, app, or related experience may rely on third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

Except for the express Limited Warranty and any rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Results and experiences vary, and Lushair does not guarantee a particular hair or scalp outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lushair will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to the service or these Terms

Lushair may update products, software, services, or these Terms. Updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted, subject to applicable law.

Privacy

Lushair’s approved Privacy Policy will form part of these Terms and should be published in this section without changing its language.
