Order processing
Shipping timeframes shown on a product page or during checkout are estimates. We will use the order details you provide to prepare and ship your purchase.
Next-batch orders
When a product is sold from an upcoming production batch, the expected shipping timeframe will be shown before purchase. The storefront may display timing such as “Ships in 14 days,” but the current product page and checkout are the source for your order’s estimate.
Delivery and tracking
Delivery time after shipment depends on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Lushair unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Delays
Carrier, customs, production, or other unexpected delays may affect an estimate. If you need help with an order, contact support@lushair.ai.
